"Linkyng" refers to the netlinking brokerage service operated at linkyng.com. "Publisher" means any website owner registered on the platform who offers publication slots. "Advertiser" means any company or individual purchasing sponsored content publication. "Sponsored article" means any editorial content published on a publisher's website in exchange for remuneration.
By registering on Linkyng or using the service in any way, you accept these Terms of Service in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision, you must cease using the service immediately.
Linkyng acts as an intermediary between publishers and advertisers. Linkyng's role is to:
Linkyng is not a party to the editorial relationship between publisher and advertiser. Linkyng does not guarantee any minimum volume of orders.

Linkyng collects a commission of 15% on the amount paid by the advertiser. This commission is deducted automatically. The publisher receives 85% of the advertiser's payment within 30 days of article publication. No fixed subscription fee or registration fee is charged to publishers.
The publisher retains full editorial control. No article is published without the publisher's explicit written approval. The publisher may refuse any content without justification and without financial penalty.
The advertiser is solely responsible for the content of submitted articles. Linkyng cannot be held responsible for inaccurate, deceptive, or illegal content. The publisher who approves and publishes content assumes editorial co-responsibility under applicable law.
The advertiser retains ownership of the content they submit. By submitting content, the advertiser grants the publisher a non-exclusive licence to publish it on their website. Linkyng does not claim any rights over submitted content.
Linkyng reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms of Service, engages in fraudulent behaviour, or causes harm to the platform or other users.
Linkyng's liability is limited to the amounts actually collected by Linkyng in connection with the disputed transaction. Linkyng cannot be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These Terms of Service are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.
